While our website is accurate, current and as error-free as possible we cannot accept responsibility for any inaccuracies or mistakes beyond our reasonable control. Product dimensions are given as an approximate indication of the product’s size, the image may not be shown as the actual size. We cannot guarantee that colours in our images will be rendered correctly on different screens and monitors.

ORDERS AND PURCHASES
When you order goods from our website you will be provided with the final details of your order on the Order Placed page. After placing an order we will send you an email acknowledging receipt of your order.
Orders of goods are subject to availability. If we are unable to supply the order we will inform you as soon as possible. We will refund any sums you would have already paid for the item(s) that cannot be supplied.
Whilst we endeavour to ensure that all prices on our website are correct errors do sometimes occur. If a pricing error does occur on our website or in the ordering process we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the opportunity of purchasing the goods at the correct price or cancelling the order. Your order will be cancelled if we cannot get in touch with you to notify you of the error. If the order is cancelled any payments made by you will be refunded in full to the account nominated by you when making payment.
We will not accept your order if we do not have the goods in stock, your payment is not authorised or there is a price/detail error regarding the goods on our website. We reserve the right to refuse any order.
Prices are quoted Pounds Stirling and payments can only be made in Pounds Stirling. Your payment details are entered online following the placement of your order. Title to any goods you purchase on this website will pass to you when the goods have been paid for in full and delivered.
Prices stated on this website include VAT at current applicable rates but exclude delivery charges. You are responsible for such delivery charges which will be confirmed in the Order Placed email.
Delivery charges and timescales are specified when you place an order. The delivery address is provided by you. In general, the delivering agent will be Royal Mail. We will; in most cases send delivery by Royal Mail “Signed For” service. Delays occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances. For example; items are not available, payment information could not be verified, the delivery address could not be verified, the carrier of your delivery experienced delays and difficulties In the case of attempted delivery (without success) the goods will be deemed to have been delivered when you collect them from the indicated collection address provided. You are required to collect the goods within 5 working days of receiving the notification that the goods are awaiting collection. We endeavour to maintain our delivery timescales but shall not be responsible or liable for any delays or difficulties
You can initiate a return of the item purchased from us at any time within 14 days of receipt. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the items but not the cost of delivery. Please note that when you return goods to us you are responsible for the cost of delivering them back to us. You will be responsible for the full cost of the goods if they are lost or stolen in transit, we therefore recommend using a signed for postal service for proof of delivery.
Please note the following return terms and conditions as we cannot accept returns if;
- Any tags and stickers have been removed from the item.
- Items have been altered or tampered with by you or any third parties.
- Items have been; in our opinion worn or show signs of wear and tear
- Proof of purchase and all or any packaging is missing.
- You have collected the goods which you viewed online from our showroom.
- You viewed the goods in our showroom and subsequently purchased.
- Any and all associated items; for example, watch boxes and paperwork appertaining to the item and its purchase are missing. (all of the fore mentioned must be returned in the same condition that they were supplied in).
In the unlikely event that delivered goods turn out to be faulty or damaged; after and if all return terms and conditions have been adhered to, we will refund the item in full. All returns are subject to anti-fraud verification and authentication by us. Goods returned in accordance with our terms and conditions will be refunded within 7 working days. The refund could take from 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement. If you have not seen the original charge being reversed or refunded after ten days, we’d recommend contacting your bank directly to ensure that this is resolved. We will not refund in cash but will refund the method of payment that you have nominated when making the purchase.
All of the watches on sale are authenticated by our experts who. All movements are checked and, where there is a serial number, this too is checked for authenticity and verified by the Art Loss Register. All our watches carry the free Fixalink 12 months warranty. All pre-owned watches sold by Fixalink are not guaranteed as water resistant unless the timepiece in question is still covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
Our advertised watches are mostly pre-owned and many are classic models that are no longer available. We take great care when we buy watches to ensure that they come from reliable sources.
The item is checked by our expert watchmakers and given the Fixalink seal of approval which facilitates our 12 months warranty. This warranty does not apply to items subjected to excessive wear, exposure to water, abuse or physical damage whether accidental or otherwise. Upon acceptance of delivery, insurance and protection of merchandise becomes the sole responsibility of the customer and Fixalink shall not be held liable for any loss, theft or resulting damages that may subsequently occur.
Once the watch has been examined thoroughly, we load its photograph onto our website, along with the details pertinent to its movement, overall condition and any other informative comments.
